INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL was registered under the Government of NCT of Delhi, Regn. No.74 on 8th of February, 2021 for the protection and awareness of Human Rights across the Globe.
Correspondent Office/Head Office: IHRPC shall be situated at A-22, Sardar Nagar Society, Bholav, Near RTO Road, Bharuch, Gujarat, India. The IHRPC could have its unit office at any place all over India and International.
Working area: To create awareness about Human Rights & Consumer Forum and to give education about the right of every citizen. To promote social progress and better standards of life and activity in cooperation with the Government of India and other countries to promote Human Rights Education.

Social Justice
IHRPC wants to create an environment as well as an understanding that Human Rights can easily become vulnerable to abuse of various structures and processes of power and to examine the inter-dependence of and linkage between Human Rights and democracy, pluralism, development, ecological balance, peace, and harmony at the national & international levels.

Race Discrimination
IHRPC believes to stop illegal activities to enhance awareness about formal/informal methods of Welfare, Terrorism, Corruption & Education. To effectively work for gender inequalities, exploitations, and injustice as also to encourage and assist talented artists, poets, singers, writers, social workers, journalists, doctors, judges, etc.

Children's Rights
IHRPC makes people aware of “Human Rights and Duties”, privileges, conducts training camps & workshops, establishes vocational schools & colleges, research & medical colleges, and Human Rights Camps. To promote RTE [Right to Education] in urban and rural areas and also to create awareness of it. To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradication of social evils such as dowry-system, child marriage [Bal Vivah], Child labor, use of illicit articles and corruption.

Disability Rights
A disabled person, who is born different, has the right to live with his/her family and foster parents. They should be encouraged and allowed to participate in all social, creative, or recreational activities. A disabled person shall be protected against all exploitations and treatment of a discriminatory, abusive, or degrading nature. IHPRC works for the upliftment of disabled persons by providing them rehabilitation facilities, educational aid, counseling sessions, vocational training, and job placement services.

Sex Discrimination
IHRPC strongly believes in promoting gender equality by eradicating discrimination and harassment by building a fairer and more protective future for every individual. This includes men, women, and trans genders. Each life matters regardless of who they are and what their sexual orientation is.

Rights & Freedoms
IHRPC create awareness among people about Rights to Information Act,2005 and to take legal actions under National Legal service Authority against private school, college, convent, and other private institutes, nursing home, hospital, clinic, and chemist shops who are playing without any license or corporation license throughout the country.

Children's Rights
IHRPC respects the business of every nature. Every business has a responsibility to respect “Human Rights” regardless of their size or location. We serve people globally to provide them with employment opportunities. Every human being has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of caste, creed, gender, language, nationality, and sex.

Legal
IHRPC takes legal actions against anti-human, anti-nation, terrorism work/ activities under the healthy direction of the central/state Govt. with the public mass movement. To run legal helping camps, public awareness programs with the assistance of Dist. Justice services, National Human Rights Commission to help the victims. To carry the complete information about all the laws and bills passed by the Govt. of India and United Nations organizations-U.N.O Head offices from time to time and to do the legal action with the help of the concerned Govt. competent authorities.
